Personal Commissions
I’m always incredibly touched when people ask about commissioning personal artwork. It’s such an honor to be trusted with creating an heirloom piece for you, your family, or a friend.
My style is very detailed; each piece takes upwards of 20 hours. As such, I can only accept a limited number of commissions. Because most of my work is completed digitally, you’ll receive both a print (using archival-quality inks and paper) as well as a digital file (for personal use only such as making additional prints for family members). You may request any size up to 11x14 inches (or A3 for my European friends). The cost for a personal commission is $350, plus shipping if you live outside the United States.

If I’m able to accept your commission, I’ll notify you of my expected completion date and request any additional information (as needed). I require half payment up front and the rest prior to shipping. Scroll down if you’d like to see some examples of recent commissions! ♡

Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders ship via USPS from Chesapeake Beach, MD USA.
Most US orders are delivered within 3-5 days of being shipped. International orders may take anywhere from 10-20 business days. Even international orders to nearby locations, such as Canada, may take longer than expected due to Customs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours before shipment tracking information posts.
customs charges, vat, or gst:
Many countries charge value added taxes (VAT) or duty fees on international goods. Buyers are responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred, due upon the receipt of your order. Duties and taxes are usually charged if the value of your items is over a certain threshold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their resident country’s fee thresholds and taxes surrounding their purchase.
Damaged packages:
Each order is packaged as thoughtfully and carefully as possible. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. While I cannot issue a refund for damage caused during delivery, I would be happy to send you another order for free (excluding the cost of shipping).
Shipping location not listed:
Please contact me if you live in a country that we are not currently shipping to. I will do my best to find a way!
Returns:
We do not accept returns. However, I want you to be happy about your purchase so please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
